I would like to write this letter to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service I received from “A Closer Look” home inspections.  Buying your first home can be a nerve-wrecking experience and I had heard several horror stories about investing in poorly maintained real estate.   Mr. Hill took the time to walk my family through the entire house and explain everything in a way that we could understand.  In addition to being thorough and professional, he was very friendly and gave me several homeowner tips.  His inspection report identified several variances that were corrected by the seller and saved me a great deal of expense and effort.  Most importantly, he discovered a structural flaw in my porch that had created some costly water damage.  This subtle abnormality (that I would have never found on my own) ended up saving me several thousand dollars, as the builder quickly assumed responsibility to repair the defect.  In fact, over a year after my home purchase, I developed an air conditioning malfunction in my home completely unrelated to the inspection.  Mr. Hill heard about the problem from one of my coworkers and immediately pulled my report from storage.  He contacted me and helped me troubleshoot the problem, which was actually my own error.  To say the least, I was very impressed with “A Closer Look” and I would recommend this great service to anyone.   Thank you Mr. Hill and “A Closer Look” for looking out for me.
